Regional Groups

We have ten regional groups to provide support at a local level. Each group sets its own agenda, deciding how often to meet and what format those meetings take. Although there is a description of the area that each group covers, the boundaries are fluid, and you are free to choose whichever group you find most accessible. [Click here for a UK map that shows where the groups are at present].

Yorkshire and North East England

Regional Rep:Vacant
News/Events:We usually have between 6 and 12 people come to each meeting. We now have four meetings a year, 10-3 with lunch together. Some members travel a long way to meetings and some in the farthest reaches may wish for something a little closer.

Our meetings take place at different hospices each time. Members lead discussions/do presentations on prepared subjects though much time is given to informal news sharing and discussion on any relevant issues.
